December 7th 1941~ Early morning (roughly 7:00 am)
In the early morning at the pearl harbor radar station a flet is detected about roughly a half hour from the base on a SCR-270 radar system. At first the the readings are thought to be a incoming flight of incoming group of American planes (B-17 bombers) due from the mainland that morning. But after a quick call and count up of planes, Lieutenant Kermit Tyler realizes the information he is given to him by the two privates working at the radar station is an incoming fleet of planes coming from somewhere else. The some where else is most likely from Japan.
Tensions with Japan have been high. Especially since the Allies are in control of oil which Japan needs. Another reason for high tensions is because of Japan has ignored treaties for peace because of them wanting to control the Pacific Ocean territories. Piecing everything to Lieutenant Tyler sends out calls to the base allowing time for a plan to be organized.
Else where in the harbor:
During this time in the harbor, an American destroyer spotted a Japanese submarine that was trying to sneak into the harbor. Quickly the destroyer fires at the submarine and become in contact with the base on the main land.
7:25 am
The Japanese fleet rapidly approach the base but a combination of American planes, submarines and ships stop the attack. A large sum of the Japanese fleet is taken down and or captured. Minimal damage happens to the Americans.
